Description: A beautiful baptismal robe in a classic square yoke style is embroidered in apricot hues. The simple smocking is worked in white silk thread. Swiss edging finishes the embroidered sleeves which tie with a narrow ribbon. Scalloped embroidered edging, one wide tuck and three pin-tucks trim the hemline. The front skirt also features a second band of the Swiss edging and tucking. Three tiny mother-of-pearl buttons and handmade buttonholes close the back yoke. A voile petticoat complements the robe and is trimmed with pin-tucks and embroidered edging.
