Description: A regal gown of golden damask. White crossover rows of wave provide a background for the embroidered nosegays. Alternate stripes are backsmocked, then stitched with detached chain daisies. Gold ribbon, studded with tiny white knots, defines the stripes. The sleeves are smocked with three rows of white crossover waves and are finihsed with a bound edge. The neckline, sleeves, ties and hem are bound in white. The front bodice is fully lined.
